Acuity Management was founded in 2021 to bring a new level of accountability and expert oversight to complex projects. We saw a need for a specialist partner who could manage the "three C's" that determine project success: Contracts, Compliance, and Project Controls.
Our primary objective is to transform a client's vision—or a project's challenge—into an actionable plan and provide the dedicated leadership to drive it to completion.
Acuity’s role is to provide this specialized expertise to all key project stakeholders. As a Client Representative, we act as your loyal advocate, protecting your investment. As a Coordination Partner for contractors and design consultants, we embed with your team to manage the administration and controls, freeing you to focus on design and execution.
In both roles, we identify processes for improvement and implement the solutions for success.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience, her core expertise is in rigorous contract administration and holistic commercial oversight. She is a financially astute executive with a proven track record of optimizing processes, controlling costs, and enhancing financial performance.
This expertise is backed by quantifiable achievements: as a General Manager, she increased net profit by 164% over five years, and in a previous executive role, she improved operational compliance by 30%.
Her senior experience, including managing a JMD $6.0B program portfolio and her pending Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, equips her to deliver this high-level oversight.
She is a recognized expert in complex stakeholder negotiations and team leadership, making her an ideal partner for both Client Representative and Contractor/Design Consultant coordination roles.
