Acuity’s role as project management consultants is to bring specialized knowledge and skills that empower businesses to make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of a project; from the planning stage to completion and close out.
We also provide assistance to our clients in identifying processes that need improvement and implement those improvements to support growth and success through unique insight, knowledge and skills.
Our history
Acuity Management Company Limited was incorporated 2021 September with the intention to provide top-level professionals in various disciplines to Clients who are looking to do projects differently, that is, successfully.
Our mission
Acuity’s primary objective is to transform our Clients vision or challenge into an actionable plan and provide dedicated leadership to drive it through to completion. We work with our Clients to foster cross-functional collaboration, implement the processes and tools and manage stakeholder relationships needed to realize the project’s optimal potential.
Our Principal Consultant
Daniah A. Dunstan
Daniah is an experienced and results-oriented executive specializing in project management consulting. With a career spanning 20+ years, her work is defined by a commitment to excellence, integrity, adaptability, and innovation. Despite her reserved nature, Daniah is a highly skilled professional, known for her exceptional expertise in:
· project and program planning and management,
· conflict resolution,
· business and contract administration, and
· client relationship management.
In 2002, her career commenced in the financial services sector and in 2012 formally transitioned into the construction industry as the General Manager for J. H. Dunstan & Associates Limited. Her first major construction project was the restoration of mechanical and electrical facilities on Petrojam Limited’s Main Dock. This project required Daniah to provide resource, administrative and procurement management skills, task and workload management, and astute onsite leadership and support to all technical personnel. She currently serves the firm as an Executive Director with responsibility for special projects and is also the Company Secretary.
For the period 2018 to 2021, as an independent consultant to APEC Consultants Limited, an architectural firm, Daniah performed duties as the Programme Manager for the Cornwall Regional Hospital Rehabilitation Programme with responsibility under the Programme Director for the various programme phases. Her areas of responsibility in this multifaceted programme covered client representation, contract administration, management of design consultants, procurement management and management of building works.
In 2021, Daniah founded Acuity Management Company Limited, a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm that caters to project management solutions designed specifically with the client in mind.
The firms current focus has been centered on providing support to Contractors, who have commenced projects, and have found the need for project realignment to ensure successful project completion.

Daniah is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute since 2018. In her downtime she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family and exploring the outdoors.
